Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's product development plan, carry out new product design and development, mass production product optimization and improvement development, etc.;
2. According to the new product development process, carry out design plan formulation, 3D structural design, motion simulation to determine parameters and functions to meet requirements, manual sample production, debugging and assembly, design effect verification, design change, 2D part drawing and assembly drawing output, etc. ;
3. Organize and preside over review meetings for new product design plans, 3D structural plans, etc., to ensure that the quality of structural design meets the target requirements.

job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in machinery and mold is preferred;
2. Proficient in using CAD, SolidWorks and other drawing software;
3. Understand machining, hardware, plastic, die-casting and other related knowledge;
4. More than 3 years of product design related work in hardware or machinery industry, able to independently develop new products, and be able to assemble prototype prototypes.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate non-standard automation technology solutions according to project requirements, and complete the design of non-standard automation equipment and its components.
2. Follow-up and technical coordination in the process of product assembly and debugging.
3. Solve the technical difficulties in the use of the equipment, discuss the solutions and implement them.
4. Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve smooth delivery of products.

job requirements:
1. Proficient in using PROE/CAD/Solidwork/UG and other related software, able to independently complete the scheme design of non-standard automation equipment, mechanical structure 3D design, and 2D drawing design.
2. Familiar with the basic principles of mechanical automation devices, various mechanical parts, standard parts, non-standard parts, general parts, pneumatic components standards and specifications.
3. Experience in non-standard automation equipment in industries such as hardware slides and hinges is preferred.

Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, with more than 5 years of work experience, of which more than 2 years of project management experience, can be independently responsible for project management, and those with product or development experience are preferred
2. Proficient in using PPT, excel and other tools, with good ppt level; familiar with kanban, with agile project experience is preferred
3. Have experience in cross-team project management, parallel project management ability and practical experience; have very good execution ability and good overall view, strong curiosesity and learning ability;
